I would like to paint Strawberry Shortcake (using a large coloring page for the design) onto a gumpaste plaque for my daughter's birthday. I have tried using a toothpick and the end of a brush but they didn't leave a great impression. Has anyone done this and would you have any tips? Thanks!!

Use non toxic transfer paper. You can get fine detail.

Thanks!! I hadn't heard of that - would it be available at Michael's? Also, how thick should the gumpaste be?

It is in Michael's art area, and it doesn't matter how thick but should be dry.
