Wondering if I can convert wasc to a butter cake? Can I substitute butter for the sour cream? If so do I just use a cup of butter in place of the cup of sour cream? I just want a nice, golden buttery flavored cake. I love wasc and am finally starting to feel comfortable with it to experiment a little. Thanks for the help.
