I have seen that many people use ganache under fondant instead of buttercream. I'd love to try it, but i'm confused on what recipe to use. Is it a whipped ganache? The one that's 1:2 ratio of heavy creamer to chocolate? TIA!

Hi, I also use the Planet cake quantities. If its dark choclate, its 1:2 ratio cream and chocolate. If its white chocolate, its 1:3 ratio. icon_smile.gif
