Was thankfully a success without any issues. It is 3 tiers, white cake, strawberry grand marnier butter cream filling, amaretto butter cream frosted, topped with frosted fruit and lemon leaves from the bride's home garden. Frosted fruit made by dipping fruit in re hydrated powdered egg whites and then into sugar.

The groom had me setup the cake on a long table he had setup inside the antique home and in front of a long window. It was timed perfectly that it was already stacked and I was simply decorating with leaves and fruit in my student chef whites as guests were arriving.

I proceeded to help out with the food that other friends were providing and ended up getting complimented for the entire thing by multiple guests. They assumed I had catered the entire event due to the chef whites! I let them know about and pointed out the friend that did the food but they all asked me to just tell her.
