Today for some reason, my fondant is very stick no matter what I do. When I try to roll it out it sticks to the counter and tears, or the mat I use. I've never had this problem before. Fondant is FONDX and it is new. I've added additional ps but it isn't helping. Any ideas for me? thanks
I'm not real familiar with Fondx, I only use choc. fondant, but you could try a very light wipe of crisco on your rolling surface.
You could also try kneading just a bit of shortening into the fondant. This often solves the problem for me.
