Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me, I have started using a new meringue powder which I thought was working just fine, but now I notice my RI is drying graining and not hardening, I can indent it with my finger. It used to dry candy hard. Has anyone ever experienced this and do you know how I might remedy it. I am feeling kind of desperate.
Thanks!

Maybe it came in contact with something that had some oil or butter in it. I know from my own experience that it doesn't get hard when this happens.

Uniqueask, do you mean powdered sugar? I thought maybe I needed more of the meringue powder to make it firmer - is that wrong? icon_sad.gif
