Hi, has anyone ever used Cheftaz's recipe - Chocolate Ganache 1.........how many cups does it yield....i need to know how much i will need and also i heard people ask about using it as a crumb coat and filling.........does it need to be whipped ganache or no? and thanks again.
I am not familiar with that particular recipe, however on my other recipes if I want a ganache filling I usually whip it. If you want to use a crumb coat, which is usually thinner, I would thin it down some to coat your cake. My recipe usually will make about 2 cups or a little more depending on how much cream you use on the consistency.
