There's a website that posts self-important tweets that are pretty funny. www.tweetingtoohard.com I think that Twitter will eventually become just another business networking tool, but in the meantime we can enjoy these deep thoughts by the twitterers (Or as I just call them, Twits )

My thoughts on Twitter -

1 - Twits, yes, that would be a good name for them. And we thought we had too much time on our hands, since we sit on a very addictive forum for hours. At least we're here helping each other or learning, not devaluing our fellow man.

2 - Like anyone needs to know what someone else is doing or thinking every 15 minutes. I haven't asked my son for that much information since he turned 13.

3 - Networking tools like these should be saved for announcing today's lunch special, not left in the hands of those who bask in self-glorification at the expense of others.
