hey ya'll i wanted to see if batter i stuck in the fridge a week ago would be ok to use in the am?

i didn't think so and i'm a stickler on new fresh ingredients but hate waste

Cake batter can be refrigerated for several days. If not needed for a longer period, freezing the batter is recommended.
