Do You Put Just Made Mmf In Fridge Or Not

I have heard both....

I have left it out before and it was hard...even putting in micro didnt help..it cracked...awful...I normally just make and set till cool and use..but then it more soft ......I am going to make fondant flowers today and might use the rest to maybe cover cake tomorrow...

yes, coat it in a generous layer of crisco, wrap it several times in plastic wrap and then put it in the fridge. I always leave mine over night in the fridge before using it.

Same here! Since I just started using MMF, I store it in the refrigerator, even once I cover my undercorated cake in MMf, until it's time to decorate. I found all this info in CC forum. I was scared to do this. Just tested it with my last cake First Time Swags. Thanks to everyone on Cake Central who share so much valuable info!
