Any recommendations on what type of flour to use when baking a sponge cake?

Most of my recipes call for cake flour (NOT self-rising flour), but I have a handful that call for AP... use whatever the recipe specifies.

most of mine call for cake flour also... all recipes are different so just follow them! icon_biggrin.gif hope i have helped!
