I've used my tappits about 3 times now and am finding that little paint brushes help tremendously when trying to get those little stinkers out. Just wanted to pass on the tip. The paint brushes are good for alot of other things too-- painting on fondant, brushing off excess cornstarch. etc..

Most like to use shortning as directed... I use corn starch. Tooth picks can help. And for the little ones that don't have any other holes you can poke a brush or toothpick through if you hold the little tab and tap on the edge they pop out.
