I have a 1 yr anniversary cake to do this weekend. My question is:Now, do you just the traditional 6in top tier cake? basically just icing, with no or little decorations?

This was a wedding cake that I had to cancel due to uncontrolable weather (HURRICANES IN FL) last August. So, I agreed to do their 1yr anniversary cake.

Thanks

I usually make a six inch cake that matches the top tier of their wedding cake. I try to make it a little extra special because of that. What was their wedding cake supposed to look like? Can you replicate that in a single tier?

I recently did a mini replica for a 1st anniversary- it was a huge hit! 4" 5" 6" rounds, and it took me a lot less time than i thought it would...
