You can see how many party or wedding size servings are in each tier by pan size.

According to Wilton's wedding serving guide for 3" deep pans you will get 74 servings.

6 = 12
8 = 24
10 =38


The wedding serving sizes are based on 1x2xh inches and the height can be anywhere from 3 to 6 in high.

I just want to add that the top tier (anniversary tier) is generally not served.
