So, if you enter one of your cakes in CC's contests, do you get to see how people rated your work? Also, how in the heck do you find out who won?

the results are sent out by the news letter. you can sign up in your profile info somewhere, or they get posted in the newsletter forum.
you dont get any feedback on how your cake did though. although if you go to 'my photos' you can see how many views and favourites it has got.

I don't think you get to see how many actual votes/stars your cake got. They send out an email with the contest winners, but I don't always get it. When the contest is over, click on the "Forum" tab on the homepage, then scroll down to the "Newsletter Archive" Forum and it will be there.
