hi everyone, i have to make some cupcakes tonight that call for buttermilk and i dont have any, i know there is a way to make it (milk/vinegar??) but i dont know how, and what quantities would i use to make 1 cup of buttermilk??

I am pretty sure it is one tsp vinegar to one cup milk. Let sit about 5 min or so before using.
