Fbct Or Color Flow

I am going to be doing a Texas Tech and a Harley Davidson cake....Which would be better a FBCT or using Color flow? If FBCT how do i do it? THanks!!!

It's a personal choice. I would go with the color flow since it dries harder and you can handle it more. With a FBCT, you outline your photo, and fill in with buttercream. Then place in the freezer to set up (that's the quick version - I believe there are detailed instructions on this site). I find that it is usually tougher to handle since it is buttercream and starts to warm up once it is out of the fridge.
