I found this article and maybe I shouldn't have done this, but I posted this on my web site to better explain to people about why cakes cost what they do. I feel like people need to be educated on what really goes into a cake. What do you think?

I didn't want to violate her rights by *republishing* parts of that on MY website. It's just such a great article.

It is a really great article! You could probably just put the whole article on your website with her name on it. Or start a little tab and call it Articles about the Industry and include the link.
