I have a WASC cake with Mocha SMBC filling that I'm making for this weekend (actually they're both in my freezer & I don't want to bake again!).
What would you use for the frosting? Ganache? Different flavor SMBC? T
The people that I'm hosing really appreciate gourmet flavors, so I'm looking for a nice combo without having to completely re-make a cake & filling.
mmmm I vote for Ganche!! But then...I love a White Mocha (use white chocolate ganache) or plain Mocha from starbucks
