I have the canon printer for icing images. After an ICES demo I learned how to clean my printer head, assuming that was the reasons my colors were all messed up. Well.....now NO colors are being printed out all ...blank pages. So far tech support doesn't know why. Help! This is a new system, used less than 10 times and now I have nothing to show for it. Anyone have this haooen to them? WHat to do?

Hi there, I have a Canon Pixma ip3500, it was just purchased in 1/09. So far I have not cleaned the heads on it yet. It is working fine so far. I was under the impression that with this type you may not need to do this to soon.
