The best one is the Makin's Ultimate clay extruder..the green one.

I'll 3rd the vote for the Makins Ultimate Extruder (a light green metal tube with a "T" turn handle). Longer barrel so more product, easier on the hands, much cheaper.

I have the red & black su gar cra ft extruder/gun/shaper and I hate it. It just sits in the bottom of my toolbox.
