I have a cupcake cake order this week. Never done one before. I'm wondering if there is a trick to keep the cupcakes in their place while icing it. Also, what do you do to fill in between? Do you frost them individually first and then put another layer on? It will have a Transformers FBCT on it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thank you!

If you want the whole thing to be flat for the FBCT, lay a cookie sheet on top of the cupcakes after they come out of the oven and still in the cupcake pan. Then put a few bowls on top of the cookie sheet for a few minutes and then all the cupcakes will be the same height.
