How To Check The Status Of An Order?

I thought GSA usually sends an email telling you when your items have shipped? I didn't get one this time, and I'm getting worried because I need my items for a Saturday cake!

Anyone know how long it normally takes? I ordered on Sunday - today is Tuesday and I've heard nothing.

I would give them a call. Alan probably won't be able to respond to this forum post as he is on vacation right now.

Thanks, Heath. I did try calling and left a message, but they are only open until 5, so they're closed till tomorrow. I hope they shipped it and the order went through. It's so weird that I didn't get an email from them at all. Not even a "thanks for the order" type of email.

After you log into gsa, if you look at the top (where it's purple) you'll see home, faq, etc. There is also orders. Click on that & it should tell you the status of your order.


Can you tell how much I'm on that site. icon_redface.gif

Now I'm worried because it says it's "open" and there is no ship date. I ordered on Sunday and paid with PayPal which has more than enough money in there to buy this stuff. Plus I have a receipt from PayPal. What the heck?!

I would call tomorrow morning first thing. They open at 9 am est.

Lisa will be able to take care of it asap. She's great.
