its no harmful to use a machine( like a dryer hair, i dont know it real name, its not my language,sorry, ) that is like a heat gun ,its not heavy, it is used in industry or at home to disolve products to paint or so. I mean, to use it instead using the heat lamp. because if you use this much time, all day long, it can cause harm to the hands( bones). i heard a radio information.but it you use the heat lamp few time its all good.
