noticed Sharon Zambito doesn't torte her cakes...what is your method? just one middle layer of filling or torte???
I just do the one layer of filling unlesss otherwise requested.
Even for wedding cakes? If Sharon doesn't torte, I sure as heck am not gonna keep doing it! That would make things easier.
I use one layer only torted once, but I am just a hobby baker
I always torte, every cake... I like a nice even filling to cake ratio. One layer of filling is just not nearly enough for my liking.
Even I would suggest one layer of filling unless otherwise requested for.
