Will dying cake batter change the taste? how much dye can I use to change from white to brown?
I use the gel colors in mine sometimes and it doesn't change the taste. I guess, just like frosting, it would depend on how much you use. Do you not want chocolate for brown? If you just want a light brown I wouldn't think it would be bad.
No. I need to do the WASC recipe, I don't want the chocolate taste.
But I will need the batter to be chocolate brown.
