Rolled Buttercream Question?

I made my first batch of rolled buttercream and had a question about putting it on cookies..will it harden enough once on the cookie to be able to bag the cookie without it sticking/melting to the bag?...thanks! Beth

absolutely, they package beautifully. I love using RBC on cookies, they look great, and taste YUMMY! Good luck

I let my decorated cookie sit in pizza boxes overnight before I bag them.
