I was asked to donate some cupcakes for a program called cops and robbers. Great program to educate the public on the law enforcement. I will be doing cupcakes so they can have them for intermission during a meeting.
Anyone have any great Cops And Robbers ideas for the cupcake cake? I appreciate all help,.

You could make faces on the cupcakes, there are a few pirate cupcake photos on here and on flickr. Like this one:

You could adapt them so that some look like robbers with eye masks and stubble and the cops with little police hats.

Or you could make the cops ones with police badges and the robbers will little bags saying 'swag' on them

oh how fun. Thank you. I am still working on this. Funny how some things come to you real quick when someone requests something and other times, you end up stumped.
