You can make a rainbow very easily...just use a circle cookie cutter in whatever size you want, cut it straight across the bottom a tiny bit more than halfway, and then use a smaller circle cookie cutter to notch out the bottom . It worked great for my rainbow cookies! I added a cloud to one end by using a #3 cookie cutter and attaching it to the rainbow. It is in my photos if you want to look!
