I'm making a dragon cake for my cousin next weekend and I was thinking of making the head from rice krispie treats as I want the mouth to be open and flames coming out.

I've seen a few recipes for this stuff, does anyone recommend one in particular and do they have any tips for working with it??

This recipe worked very well for me. I used it for a Tiki man's head for a luau. Sounds like you'll be making something similar. Hope this helps.

I forgot to mention that I would also put butter or crisco on your hands to stop the RKT's from sticking to your hands. You can sculpt better that way.
