I just made my first batch of MMF but it feels gritty. did i do something wrong or is that something i can knead out?

Wrap it up in a greased baggie and let it sit over night..........tomorrow you can knead, knead, knead.

If it doesn't soften up for you, you can add a touch of crisco or nuke it in the microwave....10 second intervals.

you grease up your hands really well when you mix, i mix with my hands, i've never had it get gritty, i also use crisco when mixing as need on hands, when your done use small amount of crisco to rub on fondant. saran wrap. when i mix i pull and twist and torture it. lol you are using con sugar right sorry
