I received an order for my cream filled chocolate cupcakes with chocolate ganache. I use 1 cup of strong coffee in the batter for that rich chocolate taste (which my client has had before and loves) but wants me to omit the coffee since kids will be eating them. How do I get that same richness without the coffee??
