Please, I need some input before I proceed.

I had a friend just call and she needs a cake at the last minute.
I can do it because I have some thiers left over form baking this week.
What I have is a Dark Chocolate WASC cake and some vanilla cream cheese butter cream. She will take whatever I give her.

I am also in the process of making some last minute pies for church tomarrow so I bought some cherry pie filling and some apple pie filling to use. I strained the fruit so there would not be so much glaze in the pies and I have a 2 bowls of it sitting here. I was considering mixing some of it into the BC for a filling and since it is something I have never done I have no idea how it will work out. Or I could use the glaze without mixing it into the BC.

Any thoughts?

You can do that or you can also use raspberry jam.

So would you just fold some into the BC or use it on its own?
