I'm sorry, but I can't find it! Have searched and searched for information about applying sugar crystals. I'm working on a wedding cake that is covered in green MMF then sugar crystals. I saw something some time ago about applying a thin layer of piping gel on the cake then sprinkling the sugar crystals on the sides. This is my first attempt at applying sugar crystals and I want to make sure that I do this right. Any help would be really appreciated!
