Hi, am anxious to try this, I understand the taste is to die for! But today I need to make a mocha frosting and am wondering if I can add cocoa and replace liquid ingredients with espresso?
Has anyone else altered the flavourings on this recipe?
I'm not usually in the habit of altering recipes, especially proven ones! But my reason for asking this question is that apparently this recipe is very stable - the cake will be served at an outdoor party and just my luck, summer decided to arrive!
I have not tried altering the recipe, (which, by the way, is all I use now), but I would love to know the answer!
I'd love to know the answer too,and also...how many batches would I need to "swirl" on roughly 60 cupcakes?
