Hi, am anxious to try this, I understand the taste is to die for! But today I need to make a mocha frosting and am wondering if I can add cocoa and replace liquid ingredients with espresso?
Has anyone else altered the flavourings on this recipe?

ADDED:
I'm not usually in the habit of altering recipes, especially proven ones! But my reason for asking this question is that apparently this recipe is very stable - the cake will be served at an outdoor party and just my luck, summer decided to arrive! icon_smile.gif

I have not tried altering the recipe, (which, by the way, is all I use now), but I would love to know the answer!

I'd love to know the answer too,and also...how many batches would I need to "swirl" on roughly 60 cupcakes?
