Is there a way to make MMF a brighter white? I always thought it was bright white until I put it up against Satin Ice. I have a customer who prefers the taste of my MMF, but I would like for it to be a bright color since it is going to have black accents.

Thanks so much!

The only suggestions i can think of is making sure you buy the whitest marshmallows you can or i have heard of this bright white colouring you can buy i think it might be from wilton? Anyway i have never used it or seen it just heard of it.

That's pretty much all i can think of

Try using the jars of marshmallow cream rather than the regular marshmallows. I use both and you can really see the difference in color, the jar makes a much whiter fondant. Here is a link to some directions:

Add a few drops of white coloring and it works like a charm. I've used both the Wilton White White and the Americolor Bright White. Americolor works the best and you only have to use a few drops.
