Does anyone else have problems with chocolate cake making your fondant bubble?? I dont ever have issues with white cake, just chocolate..... Any help would be appreciated !
That's weird. The only time I've had my fondant bubble is when I don't give my cakes enough fridge time. You have to let the frosting (I use SMBC) get really cold and firm.

You're welcome. I think I learned this watching Ace of Cakes. lol Wish I would've know before making my sisters wedding cake. It was a bit lumpy, but she got it for FREE so she didn't complain.
