I bake, decorate, and sell cakes on the side, and have only been doing it for a month or so, but I am slowly getting a lot of business, and I don't want to do anything illegal. The problem is, every agency/government office in town has given me the run around on what permits/licencing I need, and whom I need to contact! It is so frustrating! I want to do this legally, but I have no idea how to do it, and if it is even legal to have a "home bakery" here. If anyone lives in CO, and has any info they could help me with, I would greatly appreciate it!!! Thanks! icon_smile.gif

there is a sticky at the top of the forum and it lists which state allow home bakeries. Usually you would talk to your Health Department or department of agriculture.
