My Mother-in-law ask me to make a 2 dz of cookies for her friend. She said that the lady likes Martini. So I will make Martini cookies, some Happy faces and what else would go with this?? We are trying to make it mix of cookies.

you could do some lemon and lime slices as cookies to go with the martini theme ones

The olives will be in the martini glass.

you can just flood them with the yellow and lime RI then maybe paint them ontop with diltued paste colour to get that realistic streaky effect with the inside and the top of the rind bit on the inside.....here is some i did in fondant for some cupcakes for an example....just an idea, otherwise just do them in RI to make it a bit more simple or fondant...i'll shut up now lol

You could ask if she likes "girly" things like purses or you could see if she likes margaritas, too, and add some margarita cookies! And if she DOES like margaritas, you could tie in the summer-y feel of margaritas with flip flops and umbrellas, etc.

whoops just to jump in here to clear up that the lemon slice pic above wasn't really a cookie it was actually made from fondant but kinna interested to see if i could make cookies looking exactly like the fondant one....would that be ok if i made some lemon slice cookies too if you decide to end up doing them ZlatkaT?
