Sugar Prices Hits 28 Year High

Last year's pricing went all wonky when they diverted corn to bio-diesel fuel production. Looks like they're doing the same thing with sugar in Brazil.

Start planning now for it.

Yup..My 80lb bags of icing sugar I get from Dawn foods have gone up $15.00 in the last year....everything has gone up..and so have my prices!!Good thing I have 5 bags in my basement!!

figures... everything has gone up so much in the grocery department... well, if a customer tries to complain about the cost a custom cake, I could direct them to that link icon_lol.gif (like I have customers icon_sad.gif )

so we have record high sugar prices, and the US government is still paying 1.2 billion dollars a year to keep sugar prices "high enough"
