Does any one have or know of a tutorial on how to make the Horse (head) cake?

I drew out the outline template of a horses head. I placed this over two layers of a half sheet cake. I carved out the outline at an approx. 45 deg. angle and then rounded the edges.
I covered it in fondant, airbrushed it, added the main, then the elements.
The pic of the horse head is in my photos. If you have any specific questions just PM me and I'll try to help!
