Ok, so I have tried for 2 days now to find out my question, but everytime I do any searches for anything there is nothing found for the forum. How annoying.
What I am looking for is storing buttercream, and fondant. I need to know if you can freeze buttercream and how long it is good for in fridge. Would also like to know for the fondant too.
I use sugarshacks buttercream, and toba's fondant.

longest I've gone with freezing BC is about 6 months and it was fine.
I don't freeze fondant, tho' suppose you could and it would last just like the BC. I just wrap it up super well and put in air-tight container. So far that's worked for up to a year.
