I'm sorry, I posted this a week or two ago and never got any responses (I don't think), but I can't find it now, so I'm asking again...
Has anyone ever made cupcakes ahead of time and frozen them until ready to decorate?
I've frozen cupcakes lots of times. I just wait til they are totally cooled and put them in a ziploc bag. However, they were for extras for my family. Otherwise, I would have wrapped them in plastic wrap, froze them on a tray, and then put them frozen into bags (so they don't squish at all).
