Storing Flat Fondant Cut Outs A Few Days?

I have several cake orders for this weekend and need to do the flat fondant cut outs ahead of time. I don't want them to get hard like gumpaste. How can I store them to keep them soft for 3 or 4 days when I need to put them on the cake?
