Hi there,

I need to ask your opinion. I have a bride who wants her wedding cake to feed her guest count (200), along with other desserts at the midnight buffet. I was thinking to make 8, 12 and 16 square cakes. Do you think that's enough?

Yes it will make enough based on the Wilton Wedding Serving Guide (serving size 1"X2"Xh"). The standard height is usually 4". The serving guide is for anything from 3"-6" in height.

8" = 32
12" = 72
16" = 128

Total = 232 servings

Your welcome! icon_smile.gif

You might find this handy as well. Indydebi uses the Wilton Serving guide as well so the picture you see is of a 1X2X4 slice of cake.
