How do I make an edible brooch do I use a mold. Please help me

There are so many different ways to do this, it really depends on the look you want. I use gumpaste to make the base of the brooch and you can make it any shape or size you want then. To decorate it I've used dragees, edible sugar diamonds or edible pearls. You could also make pearls out of sugarpaste in a variety of colours and dust them with lustre dust
