Quick question on sugar. Does the powdered sugar have to say PURE CANE or just as long as it only contains sugar and cornstarch is this fine.

If you are asking about powdered sugar -cornstarch is used to prevent clumping when sold in plastic bags. Use it as you normally would in any recipe calling for powdered sugar.

I should have added "Pure Cane" indicates the type of sugar - coming solely from sugar cane, there are some sugars sold using a combination of cane and beet sugars. You can really smell the difference from the bags.
