I have been asked to do a wedding cake for 150-200 people. No details have been discussed or design picked. I have never done a wedding cake and need help deciding what I should charge. Any ideas about what to charge or some kind of formula I could follow and adjust would be appreciated. Thanks.

it all depends on what you are using. is it all buttercream...buttercream and fondant accents, or all fondant. is there a lot of details, flowers, etc??

you might start with $2.00-$3.00 for all buttercream, $3.00-$4.00, buttercream and fondant accents, and $4.00-$5.00, all fondant.
