Fat Daddio Pan - Cake Too Dark

I just used my new 11x15 Fat Daddio pan that I got a few months ago. I had wanted a P&H, but they substituted FD and I would've had to pay shipping to return it...

I must say, I am not impressed. I baked at 325 like directions said, & used flower nails, but the sides came out very dark - like Wilton pans. thumbsdown.gif MagicLine cakes come out so light-colored and pretty! icon_smile.gif

I agree I bought several pans for a cake for my son's graduation and the cake came out very dark. I did not like it.
I bake with magic line which I love!
