I don't know where I got this cake from, it may have been here, but I haven't been able to find it or the person that made it.

My question is, how do you make the things that the roses go into, and how do you put it on the cake?

Thanks for the help. I hope the person tha made it is out there!

It's either a mold, or a piece of fondant with royal icing piping. I have a LOT of molds and I don't remember that one. Not that I have every mold made, of course.

Looking as close as possible, it honestly looks to be just icing that is piped back and forth, smaller at bottom, larger at top to look like a holder. The roses are then added at the top of each one. Thats a very nice cake. You can do it!

I hope that the person that made this, will come forward and let me know how they did it, and I always like to ask permission to use a design.

I thought at first that it was gumpaste some how weaved. Does anybody else have an idea.

I have looked everywhere to find the owner of this cake.
